Belgium and Czech Republic
...should be removed from this template. The ethnic Germans in Belgium are not part of the diaspora; they live there because part of Belgium belonged to Germany until 1920 (and Belgium and Germany both evolved out of the Holy Roman Empire anyway). The Czech Republic is in the same situation: it belonged to Austria until 1918.
