Is sprinkler a tool? Isn't a tool something you work with, not something that operates on its own?

Why are all the wikilinks in all lowercase letters? The other navigation boxes I've seen have entries in the same capitalization style as the article title they are wikilinked to. I am uncertain whether [1] is correct. I think of this as a tool which is rarely used in gardening and so doesn't belong here. Invasive Spices ( talk) 13 February 2022 (UTC)
