This template needs an accompanying category to place dormant proposals in when they are tagged with it. Something like Category:Wikipedia dormant proposals or Category:Wikipedia stale proposals. -- œ ™ 00:04, 9 October 2010 (UTC)
This was a wonderfully worded template and is a much better alternative to {{ failed}} in some cases. I don't see why both templates cannot coexist. A merge was not necessary nor desirable here. Also, being dormant or stale is not the same thing as failed. -- œ ™ 10:18, 30 October 2011 (UTC)
