Oceania Template‑class

Unlike other similar templates ({{ WikiProject Africa}}, {{ WikiProject South America}} and {{ WikiProject Caribbean}}) which display the country names in alphabetical order, while this one uses an apparently random order, which makes it difficult to identify if a particular country is supported by this template or not. In a discussion for {{ WikiProject Africa}}, Jonesey95 rightly raises the idea that a major restructuring of these templates may be due. Any thoughts on this are welcome. Perhaps a Wikipedia-wide discussion may be appropriate regarding the nature and use of these continental/regional templates, and how to best implement them so they may be used consistently and easily maintained in the future.
