UK vs British

The template text has "UK-politician-stub", but the text produced says "British politician". United Kingdom and Great Britain are not exactly the same thing, so the stub text should probably be reworded.

Stub image

Can we change the image? 1) It doesn't work well as a small picture. 2) The tomb of an English King is hardly the best image for modern British politicians. What about a profile of the palace of Westminster? A party rossette? Or even an image of Churchill? Almost anything would be better.

I've made the image a shot of Big Ben. I feel it is more representative of British parliament and its politicians than Churchill, who is an icon in his own right. I was getting confused seeing his picture everywhere. - Randwicked 03:56, 3 December 2005 (UTC) reply

Kill the "and cite your sources" bit.

Jengod's edit to the stub should be removed asap. He's apparently decided to add "and cite your sources" to a ton of stubs, without consulting anybody else first. And now, everytime an article is double- or triple-stubbed, we'll see the "and cite your sources" two, three or four times! That edit should be removed by an administrator asap. -- Valentinian 14:52, 30 December 2005 (UTC) reply
