For use at the Stub-sorting Wikiproject, Templates for deletion, and any other page where templates are being discussed.

Concur with gripe

1. Slender size of list of links says {{ Ttl}} ( t/ l) need not be protected at all,
2. Since this discussion is blocked around by a noinclude pair, just add {{Template talk:Ttl}} in the same noinclude block as now contains the categories... as a quick fix. This thing is not seeing enough use to warrant a WP:DOC type /doc page, nor will it ever if people can't find out what it does.
