Appropriate image
User:Zozo2kx, the new image is clearly a more appropriate choice due to the situation in Syria right now. It is neutral, where as the older image is unhelpfully provocative.

The old image, has been here for a long while (over 6 years), and regardless of what I or you think, it is the official flag of the country. There's no need to start the POV-pushing on even these minor things. You're going to create an edit war out of nothing. It isn't provocative, and just because
you don't like it doesn't make it inappropriate.
