India: Karnataka / Districts Template‑class

I removed the entry for Vijayanagar, Belgaum [1] because;

• I cannot find evidence to suggest there is a settlement with that name in the Belgaum region - for example, in [2] (which is the source used for other settlements). I checked several book entries, but only found the terms with regards to the Vijayanagara Empire
• The entry was listed on WP:WANTED because there were >1000 pages linking to it - I suspect most are due to the entry in this template
• The deleted page Vijayanagar, Belgaum was not actually about a place in Belgaum - it was about Vijayanagara in Karnataka, and hence was named incorrectly.
