Why there's
S6 included in the template and
S4 and
S10 aren't? IMHO, the most reasonable way to rewrite the template would be to put the middle line as follows: S1 · S2 ... (excluding S6) ... S85 · S9 · defunct lines: S4 · S6 · S10.
