As per my comment above, should the Uw-ublock template be on this template? I'm not sure who added it; but AnomieBOT substed it (see diff below). What should happen?

That was vandalism the bot didn't recognize. It wasn't reverted earlier because it was within <noinclude> tags and thus didn't alter the appearance of the template in articlespace; it only broke the categorization. Huon ( talk) 19:30, 12 June 2015 (UTC) reply
