- "PD-EdictsGov" is not a very descriptive name for a template. That could certainly be used as a redirect, but there's no reason to use such shorthand notation for the actual name of the template. If a rename is required, something like {{ PD-government edict}} would be much clearer. By the way, the similar template on Commons is cryptically named {{ PD-US-GovEdict}}. - Jafeluv - As noted above, there's http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:PD-EdictGov - which is used ~5x as often. (The two commons templates should be merged.)
