What's wrong with 95% width? It is still almost as wide as 100% but also provides some spacing between the template and the page rims, which makes it immediately clear that this is a nav-template and not some article-specific table (such as the works lists in the Strugatsky article). -- Koveras  12:13, 20 December 2006 (UTC) reply
