Royal Standard

The Royal Standard is used because ambassadors represent Her Majesty Queen in Right of New Zealand in a personal capacity. Hence, a template listing ambassadors should have the Royal Standard. The New Zealand flag is only appropriate for High Commissioners (who represent the government, not the Head of State). Bastin 11:55, 2 May 2007 (UTC)

Reps to UN/UNESCO

How about a third category for them; Reps to UNESCO, UN in New York, Geneva, Vienna The Category is still Permanent Representative to ... (UN) or Permanent Delegate (UNESCO) but it seems the Rep. to UN in New York is now an Ambassador? They all involve diplomats (or retired politicians!)
