For reasoning, I fail to see why if a person is a manga artist, they shouldn't be able to list relatives in their infoboxes. Manga artists are people as much as other comic artists and often have need for these parameters. I did some simple test cases in
the sandbox, and it appears to work for the cases I tested.

Proposal to simplify the coding re images when template is used outside of article space
I propose that the line that starts |image = {{#if:Template talk| which substitutes
File:Wikipe-tan_head.png for any other image when the template is used outside of article space be removed. I don't know why the template was coded this way but the message Wikipe-tan says: "You can't use fair-use images outside of articlespace!" is confusing when free images are used legitimately, for example, on pages in draft space. Removing this if statement removes the confusion and there are bots like
JJMC89 bot that can deal with breaches of
WP:NFCC#9 (use of non-free images outside article space). The coding of this template is older than JJMC89 bot and if the original concern was regarding non-free images being used on user pages etc then the bot is a better way of dealing with the issue.
If this proposal is not agreed with then I suggest changing the message to Images will not be displayed when this template is used outside of articlespace to remove confusion.

@
Nthep: the template is not going to be able to read and understand the license, so the only practical option if that is desired would be to have another parameter wherein editors would declare if the image is free or not; otherwise the message could certainly be changed to advise that images won't display outside of articles. —

I don't think there would be any more non-free images than any other biographical infobox, and I'm not aware of any others with such a constraint.

I support this proposal. Considering that unless a person has died, non-free images are not allowed, images will almost always be freely licensed. For the rare cases where this isn't the case, the bots are more than capable of handling it.

MOSCAPS in areas
Hi everyone, per
WP:MOSCAPS we shouldn't use unnecessary capital letters. Is it possible to not use capital letters in the areas field after the first word? See
Rob Liefeld's infobox:
