Deletion of this template

I propose refactoring this template. My reasoning is that while this template divides FoPC case law into categories of 'defamation' 'offensive language', etc; the case law regarding the FoPC isn't actually decided in the categorical way that this template implies.

I propose to refactor this template inside of a more general 'aus constitutional law' template, that has FoPC as a sub category.
