OK, templates cannot link directly to disambiguation pages, so we have a few choices:
- expand the link to Greece ( Super Idol and Greek Idol)
- invoke WP:INTDABLINK and use [[Idol series in Greece (disambiguation)|Greece]]
- convert Idol series in Greece into an article that discusses the two independent series instead of a disambig

- Refering to your last point: You can use the page Idol series in Greece for that. This is not a disambig page but was created on purpose so feel free to expand that article (which frankly I don't see important if it would not be a merged version of the two articles which already describe the two versions quite well).
