Can we really say that Michal Gulyas is a "withdrawn candidate"? To me, a withdrawn candidate is one who withdraws after the official candidates are announced, or at least some kind of formal process (primaries etc.) has made them a candidate. Otherwise we could just include anyone who was considering it but decided not to..
