I see from this edit that the wedding of Edward and Sophie was removed (it is currently only a section in the article on Edward), which I can understand as there is a question of where to stop. Do you include the wedding of Andrew and Sarah Ferguson? Andrew's marriage is here. It would be nice to have an article listing royal marriages, but I'm not sure where the line is drawn. For example, the article that the creator of this template ( User:Greenshed) recently created here was the marriage of a Duke of York. It was only later, with the abdication of his brother, that Bertie became George VI. So it was the marriage of a future king, but no-one knew that at the time. As for other articles, I'm interested in looking at gathering some sources for the Elizabeth and Philip one, and possible the 1893 one that was added to the template here, but maybe a list is another way to go, listing all the marriages of children of a reigning monarch, or listing details where known of all the marriages of those listed as King or Queen of England. I'll ask Greenshed what they think. Carcharoth ( talk) 21:15, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
