This is a good idea for a template but the original format is a bit too much of a departure from the way thousands of existing radio station articles are formatted. Generally these the FCC, Radio Locater and Arbitron links are in a bulleted list, the template has been updated to reflect this. There is no reason why it has to stay this way forever but some discussion at WP:WPRS would be approriate first.
