Renders a flag icon and wikilink to
Uruguay. This template is equivalent to {{
flag|Uruguay}}, but is named after the standard three letter
ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code for Uruguay as a shorthand editing convenience.
You can also use {{
URU}} (which is a redirect to this template) because "URU" is the
IOC code and
FIFA code for Uruguay.
