This template uses OKTMO ID (P764) to retrieve the federal subject (or district, for Sakha Republic) and fetches the associated time zone ( located in time zone (P421)) or UTC timezone offset (P2907). The OKTMO/entity mapping is found on the subtemplate Template:Russia Time Zone Wikidata/getQID.
