William McKinley
William McKinley, the 25th President of the United States, giving his last public address at the Pan-American Exposition in Buffalo, New York, standing under the gazebo, hatless, wearing a tuxedo and holding speech notes in his hand, one day before he was shot on September 6, 1901.
