Template:FMQ is deprecated. Please use Template:FCC-LMS-Facility instead. This template links to a database not updated since 2016. Note that, unlike FMQ, you need an FCC facility ID when adding a transclusion of the new template.

This template is used on approximately 12,000 pages and changes may be widely noticed. Test changes in the template's /sandbox or /testcases subpages, or in your own user subpage. Consider discussing changes on the talk page before implementing them.

This template displays an external link to the Federal Communications Commission FM Query database for the applicable United States FM broadcast radio station, including LPFM and translator stations.

Usage

Parameters:

1 - the station callsign, required
2 - the URL text, optional

Historical note: Prior to the URL text parameter being added, the URL text Query the FCC FM station database for {{{1}}}} was hard-coded into this template. When the URL text parameter was added, the previous text was left as the default.
