Article was expanded more than fivefold beginning on 12 October. It appears neutral with plenty of citations. Both hooks are interesting and supported by inline citations. Since the majority of the article is sourced to an offline book, I cannot verify the hook facts or check for copyright issues. It appears this is the nominator's fifth DYK nomination so they are exempt from providing a QPQ.
