This template is designed to be used in score summaries for Australian women domestic cricket matches, when filling in the team1, team2 and result fields of {{
Limited overs matches}} (for
one day. The available teams are:
To be used in the result field, if New South Wales wins the match.
Things to note
The templates are designed to be used so that, as is the case with the format for international matches, the first team listed in a score summary will be the team which bats first.
These domestic team templates, unlike the National team templates, will indicate with (H) which team is the home team. This is entirely appropriate (except in certain circumstances like if a tournament is held all at one ground) because, unlike International matches, domestic competitions are usually held on a "home and away" basis, where each team will play every other team both home and away (see for example
Pura Cup season 2007–08). By contrast, most International tournaments and series are played entirely in one country (see for example
2007–08 Commonwealth Bank Series).
