Zhivopisnoye Obozrenye → Zhivopisnoe obozrenie – The current spelling is romanized from a misspelling of the Russian name Живописное обозрение: in no romanization system that I know of is the ending -ие rendered as -ye (that usually represents -ые).
The proposed spelling is the clear and only WP:COMMONNAME of the journal in English-language sources. [1] The common capitalization is sentence case, following the Russian-language original. [2]
Here’s a brief survey of search results. The top spelling corresponds to both the commonly used modified Library of Congress romanization system (widely used in bibliographic cataloguing of publication titles, and in academic and popular-academic literature), and the less common British Standard. The second corresponds to the BGN/PCGN system used in geographic naming. The third is the current title (if you remove “-Wikipedia” from the search string you will see it is has a little usage – I didn’t bother checking the details).
