This apparently got submitted to Articles for creation without me remembering doing so, perhaps I clicked the wrong button. Anyways, this page got article status before it was incomplete; i have now cleaned up the format, but it's still barely more than a stub. It's not probable that I would continue editing, though, and I hope that other editors who take an interest will probably continue completing the page.
