Coat of arms

I've removed the coat of arms image from the article. As far as I can tell, Veshchevo currently has no coat of arms of its own; it's part of the Goncharovo rural settlement which does have a coat of arms (see Coat of Arms of Goncharovskoe SP.gif). The coat of arms which was in the article was designed by the Finnish Heinjoki Foundation (Heinjoki-Säätiö) after Heinjoki itself had already been annexed to the USSR.
