This entry rather grossly violates
WP:BLP1E. Any idea of where the information about the event/lawsuit could go? I also wonder if there are any tertiary sources available, that are more recent, that attest to the importance of this event in the first place. All I see is news coverage that ends in 1990.

I have moved the entry to a proper name and altered the contents to comply with the new subject matter. References were added as well. Any further help would be great.
