I just put in that only 1 of the injuries was from gunfire and linked it. Multiple articles say that the shooter shot 13, with 12 of them dying as a result. I then put a link to the victims in the external links section. However I don't know how to put them in proper Wikipedia format or make them look good, i'm not an official editor or anything, I just put in stuff i thought should be on here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:600:8880:19B6:9153:9FD4:A5C:A57A ( talk) 04:43, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
My recent edit was removed and I personally don't think it should be. It's common for articles about mass shootings to include descriptions of what the perpetrator was like at a younger age. (See Sutherland Springs church shooting and 2019 Dayton shooting). I believe the information I added was relevant to the shooting too, because it relates to his anger issues and violent tendencies. I'll add the edit back if I don't get feedback here. Thanks! Vulpes zerda fox ( talk) 01:05, 20 January 2020 (UTC)
The desire for more information does not override the speculative nature of the material. It may be interesting as news but has no place in Wikipedia which is an encyclopedia. Fettlemap ( talk) 16:46, 24 January 2020 (UTC)
may we please add as motive 'unknown' or 'inconclusive'? Monkeylady999 ( talk) 20:34, 11 October 2023 (UTC)
