Hello! I'll have a review written for this article within the next few days.

Lazman321, this was an interesting read. I was really into Cartoon Netowrk as a kid, but Moxy was a few years before my time. I've left some notes below and I'll put the review on hold so you can look them over. Thebiguglyalien ( talk) 19:57, 2 March 2024 (UTC)
I made a few copyedits, which you can view here.
animated anthology television series– Having both of these linked side by side makes it look like one link instead of two.
Because budgetary constraints only allowed for three camera shots, twenty backgrounds were created to make The Moxy Show interesting.– What's meant here by "camera shots", and what do they have to do with the backgrounds?
and a closet consisting of shelves with the heaviest objects on the upper shelves– Does this mean they dropped items on him like they do in cartoons? It's unclear as currently written.
it is virtually lost media– What does "virtually" mean here?
Spot checks:
Cartoon Network's initial programming relied on reruns of classic television cartoons? If this source is redundant to the other two here, you can remove it.
Another spot check, mostly because I wanted to see it for myself:
It does look like there's more information in some of the sources that you could use, but all of the basics seem to be covered. No excessive detail.
Winfrey's opinion on the character is given a lot of weight for just one person. I'd trim that back to just one sentence, maybe two if necessary.
Stable.
One image, valid non-free use rationale.
