Someone has noted this articles lack of references, and it does. Wikipedia articles should have references. But this article describes a book, or a series of books. What references would one use, other than the book itself?

This series of books is widely used in articles and discussions of governors and elected federal officials. In my opinion, it's probably notable enough for inclusion in the Wikipedia.
