First Paragraph is a copyright violation

I'm about to log off, so I can't do it at the moment. The opening paragraph needs to be rewritten. It's a blatant copyright violation taken from http://www.rrhec.txstate.edu/about/programs.html. -- TreyGeek ( talk) 03:01, 26 August 2009 (UTC) reply

Glad to see that you have this article under your wings too.. I would like to thank you for not just deleting everything, as you normally do with my articles, and bringing it up for discussion and changing it yourself. Have you looked into my article on my talk page that asks you to review the Alkek section you recently flagged to see if it still violates copyright rules? Thanks.. -- Trainerboblol ( talk) 22:53, 9 September 2009 (UTC) reply

Proposed Merge

I am recommending the article on the Texas State University Round Rock Campus, along with the one on Sewell Park, be merged into the Texas State University page. The reasons are as follows:

1. The Round Rock Campus fails to reach the level of notability that makes it more deserving of a separate page than other university campuses. For all intents and purposes, it is a normal university campus.

2. Wikipedia:UNIGUIDE already outlines a section for campuses within the content of the main article. This seems most appropriate for both of these campuses.

3. The information mentioned on the Round Rock Campus article is redundant, because the main campus of Texas State also offers these degrees.

All in all, this is a fairly mediocre article that could greatly improve the main campus' article if the two were to be combined (along with the Sewell Park one). -- Ðrdak ( T) 08:54, 9 December 2013 (UTC)  Done reply
