I appreciate that while his father was alive, the disambiguator "jun" (always so written) was useful, and continued to be used afterwards, though not as often as the simple "Stephen King" judging by
Trove hits 1890–1915, perhaps as many as 300 to 5.
For a Wikipedia article, "surveyor" is more useful as a descriptor, and does not imply a relationship of the subject with any other article. Nem con, I will effect the change in a week or so.
