The page could use a tidy up, some images seem unnecessary, list of commissioners might be better served on a seperate article, some information seem out dated of incorrectly sourced. SNITZ01 ( talk) 06:22, 3 November 2022 (UTC)

I've noticed some indcidents that are being added to the notable incidents section that don't meet WP:NPOV guidelines. Additionally, when adding to the section, please also only add incidents that have recieved significant coverage WP:NOTTEMPORARY. SNITZ01 ( talk) 01:18, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
This is only presented to sworn employees (current and former). As from 2 August 2008 Protective Security Officers employed under the South Australia Protective Security Act 2007 also became eligible for the SAPOL Service Medal and Clasps - as per the Commissioner’s determination dated 29 February 2019.
Not to unsworn members as indicted in the article
