Wikipedia doesn't currently have a page skilled worker. Yet the article linking to it has a page linking to it! -- T. Mc. 03:12, 1 Mar 2005 (UTC)
The original refering page to this page, "skilled worker" is:
It says,
"Fair Ranked tenth was the project on lowering barriers to migration for skilled workers."

I see no current POV disputes, removing tag. Ronnotel 04:38, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
The last paragraph in the Overview section is incomprehensible. Someone should fix it or remove it. I'd do it myself, but it's after 3:00 AM and I'm too tired to try to understand it. -- 71.192.64.235 07:13, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
I fixed my two typing misses and the only grammar error. But those were very minor errors -- and the grammar is now correct -- so long sentences are not allowed? T. Mc. ( talk) 01:06, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
Appears to be something of a WP:OVERLAP but less sourced. The topics should be combined. ZXCVBNM ( TALK) 18:34, 24 December 2019 (UTC)
Not sure about merging. In the UK "skilled worker" indicates an employee status rather than simply ability. Traditionally it referred to a worker who had at least served some kind of apprenticeship, and the status was retained for life. A worker who had not had such formal training was labelled as "unskilled" no matter how long they had been doing it, and no matter what their ability level.
