Oppose, the number of hits is insufficient to determine what COMMONNAME is, and we need top use
WP:RUS. The two above user are on a crusade in an editing area they have very little understanding about.--

Support per nom. This is a city of 60,000 and clearly the primary topic among numerous red-linked villages listed. The proposed transliteration is for an order of magnitude higher than the current one based on
WP:RUS.
