I see Nihonjoe's point that some of this sounds like an advertisement, some of the reviews probably comes from straight off of the books' back covers. On the other hand, most reviews that are out there see her books in a positive light, and there doesn't need to be criticism on her page if there's very little of it out there. Still, I think that it would be good to replace the reviews (or at least supplement them) with the opinions by people who have read the books. They also need citations, as Nihonjoe pointed out. Someone posted that the Hale's welcomed a new baby girl to their household. This is wonderful and we are all very excited for them. Unfortunatly that is not something we need to put on a Wiki article. Neither do we need to comment on hints and rumors. We can direct searchers to her site and then they can find out for themselves. A previous comment said that this page read like an advertisement. Well, we overcorrected. Think carefully about what you say.
Thank you for all your help. Keep on Keeping on. Lovingly, Enna Isilee 22:14, 7 March 2007 (UTC)Enna Isilee
Too true. Also, the information regarding Book of a Thousand Days receiving a Newberry Award in 2007 has been removed after checking the ALA website to make sure this book won no such award. Gag01001 ( talk) 19:51, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
This is what I was saying before but I guess I wasn't very clear. Yes it's cute that Shannon calls her fans Squeetusers (actually she didn't make that up) and it's also interesing that she accepted her award barefoot but those really aren't the things we should put here. Please.
Thank you again. Keep on Keeping on. Lovingly, Enna Isilee 22:14, 18 March 2007 (UTC)Enna Isilee
