For this biography article, I'm not an expert but do have an interest in the career topics. When I added additional WPs, the Rater assessment tool shows 67% as B-class article. For now, I changed to C-class as there are several improvements needed. I added WP Geology, Technology, Mining as appropriate for this biography.

1. Those four lead section references (3,4,5,6) are important and each might be moved to the exact statement(s) they support.
2. Early life and education section - I added a CN tag needed for 1924 graducation (perhaps just move existing citation there).  Done
3. Teaching, publications, and awards section - References (17 to 21) need to be moved into a "Bibliography" section as they are Glossop's writings. Help for biblio's is here.

Overall, the article is comprehensive and complete, and would be considered a "good-read" to the average Wikipedia viewer. With the above changes done, definitely B-class rating. Regards, JoeNMLC ( talk) 13:40, 21 December 2023 (UTC) reply
