I like to add a reference to the national library that holds illustrations from this book. If you disagree, please tell me why.

It is a principle of Wikipedia that articles ought to be titled with whichever name is that by which the subject is best-known in English. While Roman de la Rose may be its title in scholarly circles, the name by which it is known in English is The Romance of the Rose. Surely the article title ought to reflect this.
