"Additionally, referendums will be declared passed if a majority of voters vote for propositions, and the number of agreeing votes reaches 25 percent of the electorate, instead of 50 percent" : One source say a 25 % of the registered voters casting a yes vote, while the other state that it is a mere 25 % turnout quorum. Nevermind, I finally found it. According to article 29 of the referendum law 1, it is indeed a quorum of 25 % of the registered voters casting a positive vote. All these newspapers talking of a turnout quorum are wrong.-- Aréat ( talk) 22:41, 27 October 2018 (UTC) reply
