I don't see any reason to mention that Peter Duesberg responded to Chigwedere's work in the lead paragraph. Essentially, the relevant sentences in the lead say that Chigwedere's work was criticized by someone in a non-peer-reviewed journal, then the criticism was discredited, and some peer-reviewed journals have changed their policies to prevent future publication of such low-quality criticism. These things do not inform about Pride Chigwedere or his work.
