"The Rwandan"

The article quotes Mukungubila's message as saying "Gideon Mukungubila has come to free you from the slavery of the Rwandan". The link on "Rwandan" is to Rwanda, however, it is actually a derogarory, perhaps incendiary slur on President Kabila, whose father was installed by Rwandan leaders in 1996-97 (see December 2013 Kinshasa attacks). So, Wikilinking to Rwanda is not explanatory, and even perpetuates the derogatory / incendiary slur. However, it also seems incorrect to simply link "The Rwandan" to the article on Kabila, as it would have the same effect. Anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this while maintaining NPOV? NPOV

Since there is no discussion about the neutrality of the article in spite of the presence of the POV tag - I agree with whoever put it that the article appears to be biased, namely in favour of Mukungubila. Does he deny that the attackers were his followers and do most sources accept or reject that identification? (Other wikipedia articles unambiguously state that they were his followers.) And are the organisations that gave him awards really independent and notable? In general, the article reads as if it had been written by a PR team of Mukungubila's.-- 62.73.69.121 ( talk) 05:54, 30 December 2023 (UTC) reply
