Thanks, H. Actually I read in several sources that not all was returned, but those sources were not RS, so I couldn't cite the doubts. Will look into it, and the sources you cite.

There remains a bit of a mystery in this narrative, if you compare Sleiman's account of 100 'boxes' apparently still in a desert base, with the disappearing 25,000 vols.
