Removed today an edit in which was claimed Tsarev is a "Hand of the Kremlin" in the Supreme Council of Ukraine. A Traitor To Ukraine". But at some point the article should include why somebody got that idea. — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 19:33, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
His surname is Царьов - Tsarov. His official Facebook, Twitter, and official site itself calls him Tsarov. The alternative is his surname in Russian (Царёв) which transliterates as Tsarev. Tsarev has the most google hits, Tsarov the second most....'Tsariov' is not used in English, and is a bad transliteration of the Russian ('ё' is not 'io') -- Львівське ( говорити) 18:39, 30 March 2014 (UTC)
I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Oleg Tsarov's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

It would be helpful if under "External Links" you would add links to the equivalent 'Tsarov' articles in the Russian and Ukrainian Wikipedias. Спасибо. K. Kellogg-Smith ( talk) 13:28, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
