The stub section referenced above cites a russiansabroad.com cite for the proposition that Macedonia was the cause of the Great Schism. This is not supported by the citation and I propose to remove it. Although there were many causes of the Schism ranging from Great Power allegiance to language and traditional right-left divisions, Macedonia and indeed Balkan issues were not the cause. - I agree, Macedonia had nothing to do with the causes of National schism, and in fact the site russiansabroad.com does not seem very trustworthy... I will try the following days to gather some references and then make some changes. A.Cython ( talk) 18:37, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

The Notes section contains internal links to sources, seemingly those listed in the Books and articles section and another (Koliopoulos 2014) in the Further reading section, but these links are not anchored to their respective sources.
