"United States" (or an abbreviation) should be worked into the first sentence
"North" and "east of Dubbs" should be moved further apart; perhaps like this: "It then turned north near the community of Dubbs" and ended at MS 4 near White Oak.
Put the gravel road before its designation (as I assume this is chronological).
"All of the route" would sound better as "The entire route"
"the intersection" should be "an intersection"
"travels" should be "traveled", unless you're talking about the current road, in which case it should be spelled out ("Dubbs Road travels")
Unincorporated community sounds more human
"at its intersection" should be "at an intersection"
"as a gravel road" should be "using an existing gravel road within Tunica County connecting US 61 to MS 4"
Who maintains the roads now?
References check out, but I would love something from a non-DOT/map source.
That's it. Good work.
