I don't think anyone wants to read the unbacked claim of someone who doesn't know the difference between "necessary," and "necessarily." Rockenfeller consists of two languages, which is improper. There's very low odds that the name was taken up by multiple, unrelated families in Germany, while half the name is Dutch.
