Is the exclusive use of the word "women" (and "girls") appropriate in this article? There are men, nonbinary people, and intersex people that experience menstruation due to having a uterus; using just "women" seems to me like it overly generalises the group of people that experience it and excludes trans people. (Usually I'd be
bold and change it myself, but I'm on mobile and also don't have the energy for a big edit like that right now.)
