It's a matter of finding a picture that has the proper licensing to be used on wiki. The best bet is to attend a GNR show and take a picture and upload yourself. See WP:FIT for more info.

Could Melissa's own bio be a reliable source for this: https://www.melissareesemusic.com/about?
